Scope definition
Leo walks the full home with you to document existing conditions and build a complete scope of work before any pricing is provided.
Written proposal
You receive a detailed line-item estimate broken out by room and trade. No allowances buried in lump sums.
Subcontractor coordination
Licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC subs are brought in for their scopes. Leo manages the schedule and holds them to the same quality standard as his own crew.
Finish carpentry and millwork
Once rough trades are complete, Custom carpentry goes in: built-ins, trim, cabinetry, and any bespoke millwork details.
Final finishes and walkthrough
Paint, flooring, and hardware are installed last. Leo walks every room with you before the project closes.

Interior painting, touch-ups, and all final finishing work to deliver a move-in ready home
