How a Project Works
We come out and measure
No pricing over the phone and no online calculator. A number given without seeing the room is a number that changes later. We measure and talk through what you want the space to do.
You get a written estimate
One estimate covering materials, labor, and finish. It lists what is included so you can compare it against anyone else you are talking to.
We do the work
Depending on the job, the work is handled by our own crew or by trades we bring in, including licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Leo runs the schedule and checks the work as it goes.
Final finishes and walkthrough
Paint, flooring, and hardware go in last. We haul the debris out, put the room back, and Leo walks it with you before the job closes.
